Holiday weekend hours & class cancellations
Ironworks Health and Wellness Centre will close its office early at 4:00 PM on Friday and will be closed on Monday, 2026-05-18, with all fitness and yoga classes cancelled that day. Members still have 24/7 gym access and regular hours and classes resume on Tuesday, 2026-05-19.

Yoga For The Little Ones & Their Grown Ups is a four week family yoga series at The Raven Heart running May 23 to June 13, meeting 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM for children ages 4 to 9 and their caregivers. The program focuses on connection, emotional regulation, and playful partner poses; register via the MINDBODY app with an investment of $80+hst per child or $20+hst for drop in sessions.

Sticks and Stones Indoor Golf is hosting the Summer Shamble Showdown, a 12 week shamble league starting the first week of June with four person teams playing out of Sarnia or Corunna. Entry is $200 per team with 100 percent of fees returned as prizes; registration opens Monday, April 27.

YMCA House by the Side of the Road reports that Phases 1 and 2 of gym renovations are complete, and the gym will be fully closed with no programming access until May 22, 2026. The organization thanks members for their patience and looks forward to welcoming everyone back into the upgraded space.
