Ironworks Health and Wellness Centre is a community-focused gym in Sarnia–Point Edward offering two floors of fitness equipment, group fitness classes (including yoga and mat Pilates), specialty workshops in The Loft, personal training, and community programs. Membership includes access to included classes and resources (free recipe and workout guides); the centre emphasizes inclusive community, strength training, mobility, stress-relief practices, and local engagement.
