The Programme de cléricature de la Cour d’appel is a one year clerkship that begins each August, pairing recent law graduates or newly called lawyers with Court of Appeal judges for intensive legal research and courtroom exposure. The program currently lists 21 clerks and at least one bilingual designation, and the Court's page provides application details and the process for interested candidates.
