Medical fund for Gerald the rescued cat
Gerald, a cat rescued by Constable Carter after becoming trapped on a fence, was taken to Brights Grove animal Hospital where Dr. Joanne Fagervik led surgery to remove an injured leg. The Sarnia & District Humane Society is asking for donations to help cover Gerald's medical costs via their ways to give page.

From April 27 to May 3 at Forest Tim Hortons on 80 King St East, every Smile Cookie and Smile Cookie Plushie sold benefits BGC Sarnia-Lambton, with $2 from each cookie and $5 from each plushie donated. One hundred percent of proceeds come directly to the organization, and you can place a bulk order or sign up to volunteer by emailing the campaign contacts.
