Kombucha Hound is a small, family-run kombucha brewery and farm store in Sarnia, Ontario that produces traditionally brewed, small-batch kombucha and other ferments using locally sourced whole-food ingredients; they rotate seasonal and limited-release flavours, sell local goods in their farm store (open Monday–Saturday), offer fermented health products (sauerkraut, fire cider, elderberry syrup), run community-focused programs like can-holder recycling and local vendor partnerships, and are scaling up production while prioritizing sustainable, artisanal practices and community wellness.
